Alex Morgan Johnson – Broker Associate/Owner
My family chose Real Estate and Real Estate chose me. I am a third generation Realtor in the Ottawa County area. My parents are Jeff and Carol Morgan and together we own Real Living Morgan Realty Group.
I graduated from Kent State University with a BBA majoring in finance. After graduation, I headed back to my roots I Port Clinton, Ohio. I was born and raised here, left 4 years for college and immediately came back. The love of the lake and the area made that an easy choice.

Shortly after college, I married Joe Johnson who was also born in a Real Estate family. He knows how hard and rewarding Real Estate can be. I could not have picked a more supportive and wonderful husband I was blessed to have three wonderful children, Kertis, Dylan and Gabrielle.

Being a Realtor, I find such joy in helping clients find their perfect home. Whether it is their first home, vacation home or forever home, handing over their keys is the best feeling in the world. While being a Realtor is not always easy, it is always worth it.
Welcome to Lake Erie’s North Coast….Where REAL LIVING Begins!

Brandon Fitt – Realtor

Real Estate is more than just a business for me, for me, it is a family legacy.  Raised in Port Clinton, I saw my grandparents, Helen and Bob McConnell, serve the area in real estate for many years.  When I moved back to Port Clinton, after graduating from the Ohio State University, then working out of state, I knew that Real Estate would be the business for me.

My motivation to sell homes is my family.  I have a wonderful wife, Dawn, and tow young boys, Noah and Adam.  We love all that the North Coast has to offer.  We love boating, exploring the islands, swimming, and my boys love to fish.  they keep me busy as a youth soccer coach, as well as being active on their school advisory council.  My wife and I have been involved with many area charity fundraisers such as the Magruder Hospital Summer Gala, United Way Erie and Ottawa Counties Great Grape Stomp, CASA Dancing with the Stars. as well as many church and school-related events.  Being a Realtor gives me the time to spend with family and the means to take care of them.  Family and community are what we are all about.

Carol Morgan  Realtor/Director of Fun

At Real Living Morgan Realty Group, we take a family-friendly approach with all of our clients.  My job is to make sure we practice the 5 C’s:  Compassion, Consideration, Cooperation, Community, and Consequences.  Consequences is one we always try to avoid but need to be aware of.  As Director of Fun, it is my job to make sure the Agents within the Company are having fun at their job and to make the experience for both Buyers and Sellers positive and memorable.  Our office hosts a monthly Real Estate Seminar.

I have been accused of having a good sense of humor.  It sure does come in handy, nothing better to turn a stressful situation around.   I believe strongly in giving back to the community you gain from.   We are very active within our community.    My motto is “If you truly love where you live and do good things for your community, good things come back to you!”   I forgot to mention, I also Love Referrals…I would be more than happy to help your friends or foes find a place at the Lake (Erie).

John “J” Bou-Sliman – Realtor

Born in Cleveland Ohio and a 1978 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School, J has been in the hospitality/food service business all his life.  He remembers working for his father George at the family’s Fireside Restaurant in Tiffin.  J attended the Ohio State University’s restaurant management program for a while then left to pursue a family restaurant opportunity in Port Clinton Ohio.  In 1980 the “Jolly Roger” seafood house was opened and remains a long time favorite for locals as well as visitors to the lakeside community.  In 1984 opportunity called again this time it was in the form of a fine-casual dinner restaurant.  The Garden at the Lighthouse restaurant was located in the former dwelling for the Port Clinton Lighthouse keeper.  The journey continued and J became the manager at the Mon Ami Historic Winery and Restaurant and Bay Point Resort in Marblehead.

J has always been involved with community organizations serving on the board of the Port Clinton Chamber of Commerce, Ottawa County Visitors Bureau, Advisory Council Immaculate Conception School and Port Clinton development committee.  J has received numerous awards for his outstanding leadership in business.  J’s enthusiasm, hospitality, and people skills have brought him into the field of real estate and he is loving every minute of it!
